Pender Street Mixed-Use Building
Located next to the Arthur Erickson designed Evergreen Building, 1200 West Pender Street is an elegantly stepped tower with fully developed ground plane and roof terraces. The landscape texture has been derived from a richly composed window pattern. This pixilated pattern uses paving bands, green roof systems, and planters to generate both the private and amenity terraces. The narrative continues down the building to the entry plaza, where a water feature collects rainwater and reflects light into the lobby.
