The Erickson

Designed by Arthur Erickson, The Erickson is Concord Pacific’s flagship building in the North False Creek Neighbourhood. With its distinctive rotating form and powerful curved townhouse base, this is a tour de force in Vancouver residential design. The landscape attempts to provide a base that reinforces the established themes and remains calm and powerful. Green roofs over the townhouses, large terraces, an internal mews, sunken pool garden and significant planters rotating up the building all reinforce the architectural expression with a rich palate of materials and distinctive styling.
