The open space concept was established through a series of workshops with native elders and references a number of traditional native myths and graphic patterns. The project includes a series of plazas and open spaces for ceremonial arrivals and events. All plant materials have been used for traditional cultural, medicinal, or culinary purposes providing a rich learning environment for the community.
